max9k is a beat-maker and DJ from Helsinki, Finland. As a member of the local Kuahu collective, he has been organising club nights and parties since 2016 in the country's capital. These events have been visited by Full Crate, JAEL, Jengi, FS Green and Tera Kòrá, to name a few. max9k's genre-defying edits, ranging from hip-hop and R&B to garage and disco, have been supported by various DJs on such platforms as Soulection, BBC Radio 1, Triple J and Boiler Room.
