Back in the days, he started DJing at the age of 16 and recorded his first mixed cassettes, with Soul, Funk, and Hip Hop (especially Miami Bass for his homies. Over time, he grew bored with the records in his milkcrates and went on a journey to find the best sounds from around the globe. He discovered bass-driven sounds like Baile, Bmore, UKG and releated genres for himself. He delivers a forward-thinking Travis Scott edit for the compilation!

Based in Wuppertal, Germany, Smochi started Music Production in 2006 around the age of 11. his musical roots are Oldschool Hip Hop and the Golden Era. Smochi produced a lot in the German Rap Scene for well-known artists like Cro, SSIO, Afrob and many more. He started to DJ in 2010 to learn Turntablism. So his main focus was on Battle DJing.
